Working Principle
The BY-PU600 Hydraulic Press-In Pile Driver operates based on the reaction force press-in principle. Using previously installed piles or counterweights as the reaction force, U-type sheet piles are pressed smoothly and continuously into the ground, enabling silent, vibration-free piling operations.

It is used for pressing steel sheet piles into the ground by static hydraulic force. It is commonly applied in urban foundation construction, excavation support, retaining wall projects, cofferdam construction, riverbank protection, and municipal engineering.
Silent pile driver uses static pressure instead of vibration or impact. It can reduce noise and vibration during construction, making it more suitable for urban areas, residential zones, and jobsites near existing structures.
It can be used for installing steel sheet piles, H-beams, and steel pipe piles. The applicable pile dimensions depend on the machine model, clamp configuration, and project requirements.
Yes. The low-noise and low-vibration press-in method makes it suitable for urban foundation work, basement excavation support, municipal projects, and construction near buildings or residential areas.
Press-in piling equipment is often used in projects where working space is limited. The final solution should be selected according to site conditions, pile type, and construction method.
Silent press-in piling pushes piles statically with hydraulics — no vibration, low noise, ideal for urban sites. Vibratory piling drives piles with high-frequency shaking — faster in open ground, but causes soil disturbance, noise, and potential structural damage nearby.
Yes. BEIYI can provide customized solutions based on pile type, project application, ground conditions, working space, and customer requirements.
