The magnetic scrap grapple is mainly manufactured from NM400 high-strength wear-resistant steel, featuring lighter weight, excellent wear resistance, and long service life. The pins are made of 42CrMo alloy steel with built-in oil passages, offering high strength, good toughness, and improved reliability under heavy-duty working conditions. The grapple tines are made of manganese-molybdenum alloy material, ensuring outstanding durability and stable performance for long-term scrap handling operations in demanding environments.

Beiyi Machinery’s magnet grapple is designed for demanding scrap handling, demolition, and material sorting applications, combining the functions of a grapple and a magnet in one attachment. This “two tools in one” design helps save working time, with the magnet always connected and ready for use.
The grapple features a single-cylinder structure and a fully enclosed hydraulic cylinder design, which help protect key components and reduce the risk of damage in harsh working environments. Manufactured from high-strength wear-resistant manganese steel, the main structure offers excellent toughness, elasticity, and abrasion resistance for heavy-duty operations.
Freely rotating and designed with a wide opening, the magnet grapple allows the magnet to get closer to the material for more efficient picking and handling of ferrous metals. By combining the precise gripping capability of a grapple with the lifting and sorting advantages of a magnet, it provides an efficient solution for pre-sorting and material handling in scrap yards and demolition sites.
An internal safety valve is integrated into the system to help prevent accidental arm drop, improving safety and stability during lifting and grabbing operations.
