Hydraulic Pile Breaker
If you’re working on pile group foundation projects, a circular pile breaker (also called a pile cutter) provides an efficient and precise way to remove pile heads. The breaker distributes hydraulic pressure from the power unit to multiple cylinders. These cylinders drive the splitting rods, which press into the pile simultaneously and create controlled fractures, allowing the pile head to be removed cleanly.
It features a highly modular design, with modules connected by pins. By adjusting the number of modules, it can cover a wide range of pile diameters—typically from 600 mm to 2500 mm—and can be customized up to 3300 mm.
