The H-Beam Pile Extractor is designed for efficient removal of steel H-beam piles. The machine clamps the pile head securely using a high-strength hydraulic clamping system. The hydraulic cylinder then drives the upper clamping unit upward, enabling the pile to be extracted section by section.
It performs reliably in clay and sandy soil conditions, including layers containing small amounts of gravel.
Patented design for fast and stable operation
Capable of extracting steel piles up to 40 meters in depth
Extraction speed up to 1 m/min
Dual-cylinder system: large cylinder for high pulling force, small cylinder for faster lifting
Maximum pulling force up to 700 tons
One-piece integrated structure for overall lifting and enhanced stability
Product Features
Working Principle
The H-beam pile extractor grips the pile head using a hydraulic clamping device. Hydraulic cylinders apply an upward force to the clamp, lifting the pile step by step and extracting it from the ground.
The machine is suitable for extracting H-beam and steel piles in clay, sandy soil, or soil containing a small amount of gravel, providing a stable and controlled pile removal process.
