At a recent tube extraction project site, Beiyi Machinery established close cooperation with a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC).
As a professional manufacturer providing one-stop foundation construction solutions, Beiyi Machinery was invited to support the project’s tube extraction work. On September 23rd, our technical team arrived at the construction site to conduct a site survey and discuss the extraction plan.
Challenging Site Conditions
The construction environment presented multiple difficulties:
- The project was located beneath an elevated bridge.
- The ground was covered with mud and standing water.
- Circular steel casing tubes, approximately 630 mm in diameter, were partially submerged in muddy water.
- Each casing extended about 1 meter above ground level.
- Multiple casings were deeply embedded and required full extraction.
Given the complexity of the terrain and the number of deeply buried tubes, manual removal was clearly impractical. A professional hydraulic extraction solution was essential.
Equipment Deployment & On-Site Installation
Beiyi’s main circular Hydraulic Pipe Extractor was transported to the site. After confirming the working position, the technical team promptly began installation.
Despite limited space and uneven ground conditions, the team efficiently installed both the Hydraulic Pipe Extractor and the hydraulic power station, ensuring readiness for immediate operation.

Efficient and Stable Extraction Performance
Once positioned above the casing, the extractor firmly clamped the tube. Upon activation, the hydraulic system steadily lifted the casing from the soil with controlled and uniform force.
The clamp cylinders are designed to distribute force evenly around the casing perimeter, ensuring stable and safe extraction.
With the support of the hydraulic power station and remote-control operation, overall construction safety was significantly enhanced.
The smooth extraction process impressed the on-site personnel and demonstrated the equipment’s strong performance capability.
